About Dr. Amber D. Chapman-Gray, Phd, Dbh

“Believe passionately in what you do, and never knowingly compromise your standards and values. Act like a true professional, aiming for true excellence.” - David Maister══ WELLBEING ══Credentials: LEA, CSSBB, LSSGB, CVIS, CCFDVC, DAC, CHTVSPI’m committed to quality care. My definitive objective is to empower employers to have their personnel trained properly in violence prevention and intervention in both medical and non-medical settings. When hospital staff and personnel are trained properly both the patient and the hospital benefit from it. In our profession, our commitment is to our clients and patients. As empowered providers, we make a significant impact on their lives. This should always be our priority. With a plethora of violence prevention and intervention real-world experience, I’ve been an educator and facilitator of evidence-based information on health and wellness, including a project and program manager at the United States Marine Corps for my preceptorship. During my doctorate residency, I completed a retrospective study on how patient wait times affect patient compliance and I’ve worked as a non-sworn law enforcement administrator working with victims of violence, providing advocacy and non-therapeutic counseling and wellness services. My methods ensure that personnel are commended for a job well done. There’s never a need to stand on the shoulders of your employees, but alongside them as individuals who share your dream of a better tomorrow.✉ drambergray@gmail.com ☎ 909.419.3311 Behavioral Health | Behavioral Health Consultant | Doctor of Behavioral Health | Behavioral Health Director | Behavioral Health Administrator | Behavioral Health | Educator | Health Administration | Violence Prevention & Intervention | Director of Behavioral Health | Trauma-Informed Care Educator | Healthcare Professional Developer | Behavioral Health & Wellness Director | Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health | Behavioral Health Interventionist | Psychology | Mental Health Counseling

As a founder, my goal is to provide trauma-informed education.══ INTERACTIVE ══Providing trauma-informed education to providers to assist staff in learning how to care for victims of violent crime is something I champion and cultivate. I create long-range organizational strategies, plans, and organizational policies which empower staffs with the process, organization, maintenance, and supervision necessary to deliver optimal care. I lead by striving for the organization to win overall and as a c-suite level executive, I’m able to professionally train staff. The trauma-informed evidence-based research I convey is on how care providers can avoid retraumatizing victims of violent crimes. I also offer a 40-hour domestic violence training course for incoming advocates who are new to the field of domestic violence under California Evidence Code Section §1037.1(a)(1) - Section §1037.8 and explicitly stated in Article 8.7. of the California Evidence Code, Division 8 and Chapter 4 Privileges on Domestic Violence Counselor-Victim Privilege [1037 - 1037.8].I don’t only help my clientele professionally train their staff on evidence-based knowledge for caring for victims of violence. I also assist clients on how to be better at their jobs, knowing how to climb the ladder of success, and knowing what things they can do to bolster their careers efficiently and effectively.══ SPECIALTIES ══Behavioral Health | Behavioral Health Consultant | Doctor of Behavioral Health | Behavioral Health Director | Behavioral Health Administrator | Behavioral Health | Educator | Health Administration | Violence Prevention & Intervention | Director of Behavioral Health | Trauma-Informed Care Educator | Healthcare Professional Developer | Behavioral Health & Wellness Director | Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health | Behavioral Health Interventionist | Psychology | Mental Health Counseling
