•Participate in the development of HSE Management System of the company•Ensure that the goals and objectives of the policy of HSE implemented•Good implementation of the HSE management system •Supervision of the risk assessment, adequate and appropriate for all activities•Share in risk assessment preparation for daily activity•Ensure the implementation of the client HSE requirements •Provide training requirements for each level in the company•A good choice for all employees in the HSE Department on the basis of efficiency•Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and specifications for HSE , such as OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001•Provide advice to all levels of the company with regard HSE•Participation and provide advice to senior management in the proper selection of contractors•Review of risk assessments for the work the contractors to make sure that it is sufficient and appropriate•Make sure contractors follow site rules, Good communication's - ensure all contractor employees knowidentity of site contact person (and how to contact) and Include contractors in safe working procedures/PTW systems•Ensure emergency plan requirements are covered and effective•Development and implementation of a Safe system of work•Ensure tool box talk done and fit for purpose•Supervise day to day activity from HSE point of view•Assist area supervisor to issue daily PTW•Implement different type of inspection and clarify the negative pints •Report HSE statistics •Inspection of life saving equipment's•Apply induction and training for labors. •Inspect and monitoring the place of work on a continuous basis ensuring that all procedures, safe working practices, authorization system pr permit to work systems are being carried out properly.•Assist with reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses and ensure that all accident sand incidents and near misses are reported.•Review and implement the Audit recommendations
