No duties and responsibilities1. Ensure to check the machine planning provided by planner and receive work order accordingly.2. Confirm the material and packaging received according to the work order provided.3. Perform mold set-up according to the schedule plan with mold setter.4. Perform machine start up with master parameter and submit start up form to the Quality Department.5. Start run production once received approval from Quality Department.6. Ensure current set up, process control checklist, robot/mold cleaning checklist and daily production record detail updated in shift basic.7. Ensure Machine process cycle time is well controlled.8. Ensure the shift reject is well controlled.9. To increase yield and efficiency & reduce downtime.10. Production improvement activities.

1. Maintenance the mold according schedule.2. Setup mold for machine.3. Take care machine gate cut.4. Operating injection molding process.
