Senior Manager Information Technology Operations
Current· Organizing and prioritizing IT-Operations projects and tasks to complete assignments in a timely, efficient manner.· Create, design, implement, monitor, update, and optimize IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and policies.· Managing and preserving the Mail Systems Office 365 & Google Workspace, and perform upgrades, manage incidents, and keep the system secure & updated.. Managing the Microsoft 365 Platform including all services.. Designed from scratch, optimizing, & managing SharePoint Platform for storage, collaboration & communication.· IT support to the employees and stakeholders.· Administering & maintaining LAN, WLAN networks.· Hardware Assets Management: purchasing, optimizing, maintaining, upgrading the IT equipment and devices.· Strategic optimization of hardware assets by maintaining and upgrading the old devices to reduce IT equipment expenses.· Managing IT equipment via Microsoft Intune (Endpoint) & Apple Business Manager.· Software & Licenses Management.· Access & control management: create, control & supervise access requests & approvals, access levels, users permissions, execute security checks, documentations and logs.· Establishing enhancing & monitoring IT Operations and assets budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings.· Plan, implement, optimize, the IT Onboarding/Offboarding process, and IT training for current and new employees.· Ensuring maximum availability for IT systems & infrastructure through continuous monitoring & performance optimization.· Create daily/weekly/monthly backups for all systems, data, logs.· Configure & implement security processes and policies, ensuring security & OS updates.· Create reports and collaborate with stakeholders and management to strategize & enhance IT operations and assets.· Led the migration project from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, managing email & communication transitions, data backup & transfer, overseeing parallel system operations for seamless continuity.
