As the Senior Project Manager, I am leading the development of Heritage Square, an approximately 119,983 m² (1,291,486 sqft) open-air mall. Strategically located at the cloverleaf axis connecting the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and the International Coastal Road, two of Alexandria’s key highways connecting the city with Cairo and the North Coast, Heritage Square is set to be a pivotal commercial hub.Collaborating closely with the the company's CEO, as well as teams of Highly skilled architects, engineers, sales and management professionals, I ensure the project maintains the highest standards of quality, design, compliance and most importantly innovation.Leveraging my biomedical engineering background, I apply advanced skills in 3D CAD, rapid prototyping and advanced 3D printing techniques to improve design processes, construction and optimize design safety. My experience in automation and prototyping also helps streamline workflows and integrate innovative technologies, reducing risks and enhancing project efficiency.I am committed to using my diverse expertise in project management, problem-solving, and technical innovation to ensure Heritage Square sets new benchmarks for commercial developments in Alexandria and beyond.

Led the development of high-end residential complexes, including the 12-floor luxury buildings in the Heritage Roman and Alex Legend projects, during a period of stringent regulatory changes in Egypt. In response to new construction restrictions and design mandates, I leveraged my attention to detail and state of the art thinking to ensure project compliance with evolving laws while maintaining design integrity and project timelines.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and regulatory experts, I developed innovative solutions to meet both the aesthetic and technical requirements of the projects. My role required not only managing cross-functional teams but also navigating complex regulatory landscapes, skills that directly translate to the biomedical engineering field, where adhering to industry standards and innovating under strict guidelines is crucial.I played a key role in optimizing project workflows, ensuring compliance with national building regulations while mitigating disruptions caused by halts in construction licensing. This experience sharpened my ability to manage high-stakes projects, adhere to strict compliance protocols, and apply a systematic, problem-solving approach core competencies that align with the demands of biomedical engineering and medical device development.

Between June and September 2018, I completed an intensive training program where I developed a comprehensive understanding of project management, site operations, and construction protocols. This experience laid a solid foundation for my subsequent involvement in the Alex Legend project, which I joined in September 2018. In this role, I collaborated closely with senior engineers, architects and project managers to oversee critical aspects of the project, including the exterior and interior design of the luxury 12-floor residential complex.A significant achievement during this period was my ability to navigate and ensure compliance with Egypt’s complex and evolving construction regulations. As regulatory restrictions became increasingly stringent, particularly concerning building designs, I played a crucial role in integrating these legal requirements into the project without compromising on quality or design integrity. My proactive approach in coordinating with design teams, regulatory authorities, and contractors ensured that the project remained on track while adhering to all necessary compliance standards.This role allowed me to apply both creative and technical expertise, refining my problem-solving skills and enhancing my ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects. Through this experience, I contributed meaningfully to the success of the project, ensuring that both aesthetic and functional goals were achieved under challenging regulatory conditions.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, I contributed to the OI Toy Project, which focuses on designing a toy-mounting device for children with severe Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bones) to enable safer, independent play from their highchairs. My role involved utilizing 3D CAD and prototyping technologies to improve the device’s usability and safety, working closely with physiotherapists, child development specialists, and engineers. Through iterative design and testing, we aimed to enhance the children's interaction with toys, reducing the risk of injury and improving their quality of life.
