Calibrate protection relay based on site setting and do injection for secondary test.(OC/EF , ELR , EF). Take oil sample from transformer at site. Perform dielectric test, moisture test and acidity test for transformer oil sample.Maintenance for circuit breaker. Perform predictive maintenance for MSB and switchgear panel such as capasitor bank to control power factor . Perform battery test such as battery discharge test and impedance test for battery charger system.Site tests, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and system rectification in LV and HV.Perform infrared test for CBM.Calibrate protection relay based on site setting and do injection for secondary test.(OC/EF , ELR , EF).Perform full test ( site acceptance test ) for new substation. Perform winding and ratio test for transformer. maintenance and fault diagnosis in LV and HV.

Lead the testing team. FAT ( factory routine test ) panel 11KV and 33KV with local and overseas customer(TNB,JKR,MEW,LUTON).Functional test control circuit , simulate scheme based on design requirement and troubleshooting control circuit.Current transformer test and troubleshooting. Voltage transformer test and troubleshooting. Dielectric test and troubleshooting.Mechanical test and troubleshooting.Do partial discharge and Tan delta for switchgear panel.Work with QA team to assure all the function and visual spec based on engineering drawing.
