Aircraft Maintenance Planning And Scheduling Engineer
Current• Prepare a comprehensive Bill of Work (BOW) to ensure that the aircraft is maintained in an airworthy condition.• Ensure the BOW aligns with the Aircraft Maintenance Program (MP), service bulletins, and any additional requirements or modifications.• Schedule Maintenance Program tasks at the most appropriate time, ensuring alignment with due dates, flight hours (FHs), and flight cycles (FCs) as outlined in the MP.• Receive Engineering Orders (EO) and schedule them based on their compliance deadlines, flight hours (FHs), and flight cycles (FCs).• Ensure the necessary resources, materials, and facilities are available for the successful completion of Engineering Orders.• Verify the required man-hours, elapsed time, and appropriate work location for each Engineering Order to ensure efficient execution.• Review the TCI List to identify compliance due dates and schedule tasks based on their flight hours (FHs) and flight cycles (FCs).• Escalate any issues or delays to ensure that all TCI tasks are completed in a timely manner.• Ensure that the required man-hours, elapsed time, and work location are reviewed and allocated effectively to meet TCI task requirements.• Review and schedule tasks from the Open Items List, ensuring compliance with their due dates, flight hours (FHs), and flight cycles (FCs).• Review the daily deferred defect list issued by the contracted maintenance organization.• Take appropriate actions based on the review to ensure timely resolution of deferred defects.• Distribute the deferred defect list to all relevant departments to facilitate coordination and follow-up.• Prioritize and schedule deferred defects for closure based on available resources, work requirements, and compliance deadlines.• Monitor the completion of Open Items to ensure no items are overlooked or delayed.
