* Main project lead for all key clients of the company* Managing all phases of multiple complex fit-out projects from concept development till project completion and final handover to operational teams* Developing conceptual designs, examine/prepare drawings and managing technical aspects of the project* Preparation, signoff and implementation of project program, resourcing plan and project budget in cooperation with relevant stakeholders* Scoping, tendering, selection, appointment and managing relevant contractors and sub-contractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project* Coordinating with the client and consulting on all project related matters. * Conceptual, detail and design development with particular focus on technical documents and site supervision* Preparing detailed technical drawings and project documentation based on design requirements and specifications in accordance with the governmental rules and regulations* Development of quantity surveys, finishes schedules, close-out documents, bill of quantities as per company standards & clients requirements* Management of on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time, cost and quality parameters* Providing engineering support and attend all site meetings and develop action plan to resolve site complaints and conflict issues during execution* Preparing project schedule and keeping track of each activity within specified time frames* Providing updates on project status in team meetings* Assisting Senior Interior designer in all levels of the workMilestones: Successfully managed comprehensive fit-out projects for all properties of Red Sea Hotels chain.

* Design of living and commercial interiors including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design and design development* Development of architectural and MEP drawings* Creating timeline for design projects and estimate project costs* Managing client expectations and team communication* Research and decide on materials and products sourcing* Working closely with architects, engineers and contractors, to determine how interior spaces will function, look and be furnished* Supervising on-site activities and other tasks as required
