Current• Orchestrated the coordination, supervision, and scheduling of project activities within a Plumbing Retrofit Project for Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC), serving as the representative of the general contractor. The project boasted a value of approximately $1.2M.• Facilitated seamless communication among project stakeholders, including the project manager, consultants, subcontractors, building superintendents, and program coordinators of TCHC, to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.• Conducted comprehensive assessments of job hazards, diligently completing daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and toolbox safety forms. Spearheaded the preparation of workplace inspection reports, proactively identifying and addressing hazards to ensure optimal safety conditions.• Actively participated in safety and plumbing inspections, collaborating closely with safety and plumbing inspectors to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and project specifications.• Managed the generation and maintenance of essential project documentation, including the issuance of Notice of Entry to units in alignment with various work schedules such as demolition, plumbing, patching, tiling, and masonry work.• Contributed to project progress by attending and actively participating in project meetings, where responsibilities included preparing detailed meeting minutes, reviewing project lookahead, and proactively addressing potential obstacles to project advancement.• Assumed responsibility for reviewing cut sheets and verifying material specifications to guarantee compliance with project standards and requirements.
