- Monitoring : Operating machine tools, assembly process, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards- Managing and monitoring on moving, packing and sorting raw materials or finished goods- Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products- Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis- Managing production process, manpower allocation to meet production target output- Perform production non-conformance investigation- Managing a team during shift hours- Making sure that the procedure (SOP) is implemented during the operation- Managing the operation team scheduling- Working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders to ensure the KPI/output is within the timeline
