Industrial Engineering Manufacturing is one of the two sections of the Operational Excellence Department, which serves as the Support Team for the Production Department. Industrial Engineering Manufacturing is tasked with maintaining and increasing production productivity. The activities carried out for this work are as follows: :1. Onboarded, trained, and supervised team of IE Manufacturing Bottom area2. Verify the Manufacturing Plant Layout plan, ensure the layout is efficient3. Analyze Manpower Planning and Machine Capacity for the new model/season, and calculate global machine capacity (shoe’s bottom area)4. Track and analyze the production learning curve5. Share the Line Balancing implementation plan, bridge the communication, and coordination with related departments so IE team can develop an efficient production line6. Led “Defect Rate Reduction” project, act as a data analyst for this project. This project successfully reduced number of bottom area’s defect rate from ±15% to ±5%
