My expertise could be summarized as a combination between practical experiences in Indonesia aquaculture and fisheries industry that come from my previous work experiences, family backgrounds, and education; knowledge on the European perspective of marine governance and sustainability that gained through my study in the Netherlands; and self-taught agricultural business skills that crystallize from experience running a aquascape business back home.I have a passion for the organization, leadership, advocacy, and management. This leads to my involvement in various committee and organization from my middle school until my bachelor years, including three years serving as part of the Bogor Agricultural University Student Executive Board. I was entrusted to become part of top management in the third years of my serving. My passion leads me to many unforgettable moments that shaped my personality, from managing university events to managing national level student protest. During my master study, I tried to reduce my organizational activity and focuses on my academic while still contributed to the Indonesian Student Association in Wageningen and Overseas Indonesian Students' Association Alliance.Combining my passion and expertise leads me to many opportunities, even before I finish my bachelor. I have involved in higher education sectors as teaching assistants in several courses, an internship in business development consultant, working as an assistant consultant in several aquaculture and fisheries-related projects, and working in aquaculture sectors.Besides opportunities, my passion and expertise also lead me to achieve several achievements, such as Outstanding Student in Aquaculture Department and Bogor Agricultural University Model Student. I consider it extraordinary because I am not straight-A students and only have a small academic achievement.
