Adhikar is an alumnus of the London School of Economics (LSE) and holds a MSc in Digital Innovation where he received a Distinction Award for their thesis and brings the experience of working at investment banks such as Goldman Sachs covering their hedge funds and private equity business and managing assets of over $1.4+ billion during his tenure. Adhikar’s work on blockchain in India has been recognised at UN, where he was nominated as one of the representatives to engage in the dialogue on blockchain for emerging economies.He is currently working at the intersection of tokenization, interoperability and building a bridge between Web2 and Web3 with his blockchain startup. In his off-time, he is building of one of the largest blockchain communities on LinkedIn through - Blockchain for the Next Billion with 35,000+ followers featuring all things Web3 through video series, research insights and podcasts with industry leaders.He was also previously the co-founder of Startupreneur, one of India's fastest growing digital incubators for financial/tech entrepreneurs on emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI, which was successfully acquired in 2022.He was also previously in-charge of technology investments at a US-based venture fund and where he focused on investing in early-stage technology startups and helping portfolio companies scale and expand to newer markets.Adhikar Naidu has also been covered in various national and international media outlets like Financial Times (Global Editions), Silicon India, Business Because UK, Edex Live Asia and International Finance (IFM) to name a few.
