• Responsible for all operation report to be present to management,• Control all KPI aspect within department,• Analyze monthly agency report, budgeting, vessel downtime, vessel performance, fuel consumption, shortage, and ERP-SAP documentation,• Assisting on assurance and compliance document fulfillment,• Assisting on enhancing ERP-SAP query report,• Providing assistance to various project assigned head department

• Responsible for logistic and inventory control both operational and system administration,• Assisting several internal department and ship management (technical, procurement, and crew management) to work smoothly,• Assisting DPA on creating ship’s procedure, administration, and others,• Assist on creating manual PMS on Deck & Engine Dept. and translating it into ERP system,• Temporary superintendent on ship docking work,• and others.

Role Description;• Assist to create standard business procedure, and monitoring,• Assist to create policy and SOP all department, and monitoring,• Assist to create KPI and its data collection, and monitoring,• Provide solution on any internal disputes within organization to management,• Follow up any requirements needed by customer (special project) and then restructured it on business process flow chart, delegating responsibility to each department within organization,• Maintain quality services always delivered to customers,• Acting as various department representative to solve any issues with external,• Research, report and present any business opportunities assigned by management,• Provide assistance to various tasks, assigned by GM.

(Leading 4 tank operators, 2 weighbridge operators, 2 maintenance and utilities operators, 3 security) Role Description:• Basically same as my previous experience on PT. Smart Tbk. but with smaller activities, up to 20k MT monthly (via truck-losing only),• Because it’s new installation, I’m making all standard work flow activities and administration, and make sure all of them worked properly,• With 2 tanks 5k MT each capacity leased to APICAL (Asian Agri), mainly for terminal and tank export activities,• Monitoring water treatment installation (RO) for daily use in site and refinery (Pulo Gadung area),• Settling some permit and cases with government apparatus,

Main Structural Responsibilities:• Executing plan that prepared by commercial and logistic to load and unload palm oil and kernel from various vessel (barge, tanker, super tanker, bulk carrier vessel) via truck-losing or pipe-losing over 50k MT cargo handled monthly with various palm oil bulk product,• Supervise 3rd party tank activities,• Arrange and monitor oil transfer activities from bulk liquid storage terminal to refinery storage terminal, vice versa,• Acting as Loading Master to create stowage plan on oil / bulk cargo transferring to export vessel,• Make and enhance work flow standard to meet quality standard certificate requirement (ISO, FSMS, GMP, RSPO, ISCC, etc.),• Make and enhance form and field paper work to meet quality standard certificate requirement (ISO, FSMS, GMP, RSPO, ISCC, etc.),• Monitoring field report to be inputted to ERP system,Non-Structural Responsibilities;a) Tank Farm,b) Weighbridge,c) Maintenance & utilities,d) Security,e) Admin.

• Studying palm oil business process, including; trading, logistic, and operation,• On the job training on Belawan Port Storage Tank Terminal, North Sumatera,

• Mapping sea and land transportation,• Arranging and calculating lead time for sea and land transportation, regarding to Branch Hub and Sub-Hub.
