The results of the study demonstrate that surface acting is positively related with emotional exhaustion and turnover intentions and negatively related to affective organizational commitment.The main Drivers involved in the Project were –1. Behavioural Change Management- Accelerating and making sustainable the successful implementation by developing strategies that deal with the impact on people by changes to strategy, structure, processes2. Developing strategies that can be implemented by identifying and developing the Human Capital within the Organization3. Organization Design & Development- Creating the Organization design that can deliver the capabilities and performance. -
