Adhiraj H. is a Founder at Tiger. Prioritizing team culture over all else, Adhi was not so much our boss, but a mentor, even a peer mentor on equal footing in team discussions. I’ve yet to come across someone who is as open minded yet mission-oriented as Adhi. He is also a leader in the best way, inspiring everyone to rise to the occasion and do more than what they thought they were capable of, while simultaneously doing everything he can to not create a stressful environment.
