Co- Heading Tough Hope’s flagship program of Dainik Jagran Youth Parliament that create more than 500 Jagran youth parliamentarians across 10 cities. The aim of the program is to instill democratic values in young people of the country and create a positive impact though democratic means within the Indian eco-system. As a program head at Tough Hope, I am involved in 1.Program Design and Deliverya.Managing Jagran Youth Parliament as a part of the delivery team, handling five cities in North India.b.Designing induction and educational material for the Youth Parliamentarians.c.Coordinating and monitoring the City Impact Managers. 2.Partnershipsa.Responsible for collaborating with Social sector entities for engaging youth parliamentarians. b.Exploring avenues for multi-dimensional collaboration with Social sector organizations.

GRIP is an initiative by a group of young people aiming to empower the rural youth and strengthen the human development progress in the villages of India.The current projects of GRIP include 1) Running intervention programs that increase the human development index in 3 villages of Rajasthan.2) Reviving and running Evening School to improve the Student Learning Outcome of students in the age group of 6-14 years, at Bhanin, Churu.3) Assisting the honorable Member of Parliament from Churu, by providing Human resource Support, Monitoring & Implementing for Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna

The Gandhi Fellowship Program is a two-year Fellowship program for talented youngsters from India's top colleges, each fellow brings change in 5 government schools by being a resource person for the principals.As a part of the fellowship, • Worked with teachers, parents and education officials towards the goal of creating model schools.• Conceptualized and delivered engaging programs to mobilize the village community in education and child development.• Monitored and evaluated progress of student learning outcomes in the government schools.• Conceptualized and facilitated training workshops for government school teachers and principals.Implemented the following models that enable school change: 1. Teacher Instructional Practices and Processes System developed by New York University.2. Teacher Need Analysis Tool (TNAT).

• Responsible for managing the Community Development Programmes across 21 cities and 22 local chapters• Managed and facilitated projects on more than six different social issues, with 3000 Indian members and 1680 global interns.• Coached and mentored team leaders across all programmes in order to improve delivery and execution of the same.he programme• Provided opportunities to 487 Indian students to volunteer in various countries.• Understanding client and student demands in order to repackage and develop the product• Established processes to improve brand quality• Customer experience management and in-depth analysis of customer requirements• Coordinator India-Pakistan Peace Project: This project aims at facilitating a 6 week student exchange programme between students of India & Pakistan.• Key responsibilities included: product development, providing directives and guidance to team leaders across different local chapters, market assessment, initiation and facilitation of projects on a national level, and engagement of board members and global clients with national projects.
