I am the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications at Lenczner Slaght, Canada’s leading litigation firm. I drive the strategy, planning, and execution of the firm’s high impact brand and marketing programs, including media relations, digital marketing, content marketing, rankings and awards, advertising, and sponsorships. I combine strategic, long-term thinking with expert planning and execution, to make sure my firm’s marketing is bold, creative, and valuable to our clients. I have a deep understanding of Lenczner Slaght’s brand and a keen ability to envision, plan, and execute big ideas. I played a key role in developing and launching our groundbreaking, award-winning programs, ReferToHer™, Data-Driven Decisions, and commerciallist.com, and continue to help shape their strategies and initiatives.I am also a strong business communicator. I collaborate with the firm’s Management Committee and business team leaders in crafting strategic communication and change management plans on complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring they have clear, consistent, and compelling messaging aligned to the firm’s strategic plan. I have also been a dedicated member of our firm’s Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Committee for 5 years.Beyond Lenczner Slaght, I actively contribute to the advancement of the legal marketing community through membership in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). I am currently Director of Communications on the 2024 LMA Canada Board.Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, I graduated from the Schulich School of Business with an Honours degree in International Business and a specialization in Marketing, where I gained particular insight into Marketing Management, Brand & Media Strategy, Market Research, Social Media Marketing, and Strategic Communications.
