Hello! I'm Adhithi, a Luther-Hodges Scholar at UNC-Chapel Hill with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology and a minor in Conflict Management. My interest in these fields is fueled by a passion for understanding human behavior and its implications in the business world. I hope to pursue research in destructive obedience and organizational behavior during my academic journey. Looking ahead, I aspire to transition into a consulting career where I can apply my interdisciplinary knowledge and research skills to contribute positively to organizations and communities, making a tangible difference in people's lives.
