About Adhithya Anand

As an individual who has combated morbid obesity and found healing through holistic care and the kindness of my community, I want to commit myself to better the lives of those like my past self who choose not to voice out their health needs due to social stigma.I am also motivated towards mitigating the loss that arises from seasonal epidemics caused by Influenza A and B. Born out of the loss that COVID-19 inflicted on me and mine, my current research involves studying the flu and finding an optimized cure in the realm of personalized medicine.My long-term goal is to leverage my personal experiences, passion for education, and scientific knowledge as a physician to spread kindness and guide and support a diverse patient population with a range of needs, especially those underserved.
