Responsible to using a handheld cutting torch, an overhead crane, a spreader beam, riggings, grinders, hand tools, forklift, and a vacuum lift with safety regulation. Responsible for cutting steel plates of various types and thicknesses for building structural use. Doing quality work according to blueprints and drawings that use weldsymbols. Carefully and safely set up and operate a CNC plasma cuttingtable. Additionally, Using various drills, presses, mills, brakes, shears, grinders, and other equipment to prepare products to be welded and changing gas tanks and use overhead cranes to move materials and parts. Experience with OSHA and other regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Review customer drawings and specifications, Operate and/or set up, and/or Program CNC lathes and Mills with Fanuc G code or similar controls. Operators will run parts and inspect and learn over time to to change and touch off tools and makeset ups. Setup personnel will load programs, load tools, bore or indicate jaws, touch off tools, walk program through first piece approval and then run machines asneeded. Set up personnel will also run machines for production as needed. Programmers will Write, Edit, and set up Jobs at the machine.
