Lead SDLC BA team in the largest implementation of MS Dynamics Business Central in Southern Africa. From Analysis, to UAT, to the production environment, communications, integrations, document specifications, process-mapping, business user engagement, and end to end testing on the full ERP project implementation. As one of the continent's largest branded footwear retailers, the project was sizeable. The system is fully in use including the Point of Sale, Back Office, Support Centre functions, including Merchandise (Planning & Buying), to Operations management, Finance, and Supply Chain. This also included our systems integrations, and eCommerce support.

This role was based on sites that were temporary and in varied locations that were dependent on contracts we worked on at specific points in time. These were on-site labs that were set up for testing materials used in road rehabilitation in KZN. The Department of Transport would hire contractors to rehab certain sections of national roads. These roads would have specific designs and each day there would be several sites that we'd test for. There would be staff on each site that we'd often visit and do random checks on, they'd monitor each paved section and record the distance (and width) every day. They would take samples from the trucks and bring those back to the lab. At the lab, many tests would be executed and These results would be handed to me. My responsibilities included analysing them, collating them per the applicable road's designs and then passing or failing the section based on those results before publishing them to the consultants who were assigned to the road. Each passed section would need to be added to the 'As-Built' documentation for that road which formed part of the official documentation for the consultants - all part of my duties while I worked there.

I worked in this role on a contract basis for a few months in a gap year I'd taken in 2009. This job entailed assisting the Finance department at this labour-broking company in going paperless. My duties included receiving, filing and retrieving invoices, as well as scanning invoices that needed to be stored digitally. This role also included some data capturing.
