Support RBI team to conduct RBI assessment for Pertamina EP Subang Project including: — Compiled and created database of all design and operational data for piping and static equipment as the initial procedures for RBI assessment.— Assisted process engineer to prepare a corrosion circuit tool, enabling detailed analysis of expected damage mechanisms in equipment.— Facilitated a senior engineer in conducting thorough inspections and assessments of RBI of pipeline ,to identify and address potential pipeline integrity issues.— Created 25+ of piping isometric drawing at site including bill of materials, as a guidance for creating an inspection workpack before performing baseline inspection.— Prepared and planned inspection workpacks including NDT map and NDT plan for conducting baseline inspection.— Assigned to be part of inspection team to perform baseline inspection for pressure vessel, tank, and process piping at the site to measure remaining wall thickness and define Corrosion Monitoring Location (CMLs).— Created Ultrasonic Testing report alongside NDT team to address anomaly thickness reduction in process piping and static equipment.
