LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR• Responsible for Starter Pack, Physical Voucher & Devices PO from Distributor, Canvasser & Axis Shop.• Creating Sales Order, Delivery Order & Post Good Issue in SAP system.• Creating Sales Order Return for expired or damage product in SAP system.• Inventory control of stock availability to support sales program.• Conducting inventory stock take with Finance, Internal Auditor and External Auditor.• Monitoring and handling Inbound & Outbound shipment.• Managing 5 depot of Axis Logistic division for operational and budget controlling.• Setting up new depot in area such as Medan, Palembang, Lampung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta & Denpasar as an instructor in order to teach SAP, Sales Order Processing & Warehouse Management for newly hired personnel.CHANNEL MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE• Preparing weekly allocation for Starter Pack, Physical Voucher & Electronic Reload to fulfill National Distributor demand.• Monitoring and reporting weekly actual PO achievement for distributors.• In charge for all Electronic Reload transactions from Distributor, Canvasser & Axis Shop, eg: balance top up, new outlet registration, rollback transfer, reporting, etc.• In charge of new programs training and socialization for area sales & retailer.• Coordinating with other functions to support new program, eg : Logistic & Trade Marketing.• Monitoring sales achievement to define incentives for area sales team based on each KPI.
