Current role:Senior Portfolio Director for the Connecticut Opportunity Project (CTOP) an initiative that provides capacity-building coaching and technical support to nonprofit agencies providing direct services to disengaged and disconnected youth in Connecticut.R esponsible for leading external partnerships and strategic initiatives including the guidance of design and execution, development of performance management frameworks, and the cultivation of sustainability for future generations.
