Senior Portfolio Director
Current• Provide organizational development technical support and strategic coaching as a Portfolio Director through the Connecticut Opportunity Project (CTOP) to a portfolio of grantees providing direct services to disengaged and disconnected young people in Connecticut.• Portfolio Director responsibilities include: advancing the capacity-building priorities of CTOP and improving the grantees' ability to provide essential services effectively, reliably, and sustainably;• Supporting the planning and advancement of CTOP's landscaping and due diligence approach for identifying new nonprofit, youth-serving agencies for CTOP investments;• Support the creation and management of the CTOP budget each fiscal year;• Develop conceptual frameworks and guidelines for the capacity-building efforts CTOP engages in with grantees; and• Oversee research and data strategy initiatives. Most recently serving as conceptual architect and Lead Researcher for the production of Connecticut's Unspoken Crisis: Getting Young People Back on Track. A research report based on a complex data model that used nine years of longitudinal data from Connecticut's state longitudinal data system, P20 Workforce Information Network.
