Every class I took on the ship, whether it be Sociology or Media Production, had to be related back to the country we visited at the time. The reason we had to relate the classes back to the country we visited was so we could get a more global perspective on the topic we were learning.For instance, for the Media Production class I created a short documentary on my visit to the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In the documentary I showed the footage I took while visiting, and I added narrative of me discussing what seeing the atrocities of the war meant to me as an American.Created a TV Series with a group in my Media Production class. Tasks included assisting in writing, acting, and helping to promote our show around the ship.
