    My career at Three Mobile started at as an Assistant Manager in the Crawley Branch. This is where i made an average store into one of the top 5 stores in the company. Implementing my skills, I set the example by going out there and selling myself, allowing the team to see endless potential. After Training the team and helping 3 of them progress into Assistant Manager roles my own Progression was my goal. 8 months later i was offered my own store where that my success will be recognized as my ability to train and develop a demotivated run down team that have been in the bottom 10 stores of the company since the store was first opened. Focused and determined to ensure that i was known throughout the company I set out by Selling myself, showing the team that there is potential to grow. In my first 3 days in the i had a week on week growth of 563% on new contracts this was a shocking result to the team and company. This gave them reason to believe that they can be great. working closely with 2 members of the team that had been there of 7 years (when the store opened) I set action plans, 1-2-1 reviews, role plays and actively involving myself into every customer interaction to develo[pe their skill set into some of the best Sales Associates in the area. After 2 weeks the team had the ability to pitch multiple deals to give themselves a pay rise and making the store perform at a top 20 level. in my first full month the Hastings store was put on the map as being the best turn around in the Three Mobile records, A store converting 2% new customers into converting 8.2% new customers. Recognized for my results and efforts i was given the Eastbourne store. Here i turned another low performing store to make this store number 1. With this team able to sell and move forward quickly i began developing the team to progression in their own careers. Allowing them to run the store and going to manager meetings 3 members of the team were given assistant manager roles.
