• Design large and complex Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, including design optimization, evaluate customer specification and standards. • Mentor and coach junior designer in project execution.• Responsible for technical aspects and provides UPS solution to Internal and external parties, customers. • Liaise with project manager for on time engineering milestones according to project schedule• Supporting the sales/tendering team during the tendering phase• Participate in internal project and continuous improvement• Hiring Manager for internship student
