• Leading a wide variety of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on companies from the technological sector, from the initial stages of the transaction until its finalization, while carrying out negotiations and drafting and editing a wide variety of commercial agreements- in English and Hebrew.• Furnishing ongoing legal consultation to private and public companies, including to companies from the technological sector as well as startups.• Carrying out legal due diligences and preparation of legal due diligence reports- in Hebrew and English.• Writing office regulations and preparing legal position papers on various topics.
