I am an industrial psychologist, with a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, HPCSA registered, and CPD compliant. My extensive human capital (HR) and strategic planning experiences span over multiple sectors, inclusive of government, private institutions, tertiary/education (private and government), and consulting sectors, both locally and abroad. I am a pragmatist, who has successfully established and integrated human resources strategies, policies, procedures and practices across the employee life-cycle to maximize organizational performance as well as optimize leadership across the organization.
