• Developed event driven micro-services in AWS utilizing technologies and services such as Kinesis, Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, Redis, Spring Boot, Datadog (monitoring) and others.• Designed and coded features that increased liquidity and client retention on the trading platform. These included a “session” feature that allowed clients to load hundreds of poorly trading instruments which were then automatically matched with counter-parties for increased efficiency.• Enhanced MarketAxess’ core trading system to support partial trading for all products, enabling clients to trade with multiple counter-parties throughout the lifecycle of an order, increasing our client retention by around 7%.
