My responsibilities included:Subject to and in full collaboration with the owners of the company, I performed during these years a managerial position that included, among others:Employees’ management: division of tasks and follow-up on the progress of goals and projects, recruitment of employees, and approval of monthly salaries. Project management: preparation of price quotes and contracts for clients, follow-up on projects and collection management in coordination with the team management. Financial management: cash flow management, tracking payments to suppliers, management of the business's quarterly and annual cash flow. Marketing processes: assistance in developing new connections and establishing relationships with key persons and potential clients, content management of the company's website and the PR system.The various tasks and the involvement in the various aspects of the company's management were an enormous challenge for me, both personally and professionally. During these years, I have learned a lot and gained tools and knowhow that are valuable to this day as the owner and manager of Studio Dulu.
