I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, I help my client reach their goals for better healthier life, which means that I look at how all the areas of your life are connected. I look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to focus on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins, as well as not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, balanced healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.I strongly believe we are the transformation of our food, we are what we eat. The food you eat becomes you blood; affecting the quality of your cells, tissues, organs and our mind. I also stress the importance of focusing on relationships, spirituality, career, and physical activity, as they are the solid building blocks to achieving superior health. I received my training from the world’s leading nutrition school, Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in New York City which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies and macrobiotics with modern concepts. I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
