I work for the International Relations Division of the Histadrut - the umbrella organisation for trade unions in Israel. Having lived around the world, I always engage in comparing the best of other places to tease local conventions on people's rights, privileges and living conditions. It is great to do this for a living and to promote better conditions for Israeli workers by mirroring other experiences. More so, I am excited to be at the forefront of fostering Israeli innovation, dedication and organisational leadership.I am also an MA student of Behavioural Economy at Reichman University (formerly IDC). Hoping to cultivate knowledge that will be valuable for further work in community development and international development fields. Previously, I’ve worked and volunteered in such projects, redeveloping disability-support services in remote Aboriginal communities in Ngaanyatjarra lands (WA, Australia); and supporting locally identified education and entrepreneurship objectives in Israel, Spain, Colombia and Mongolia. This journey exposed me to different ways of thinking, living, and working. It constantly requires that I critically evaluate my personal beliefs and professional objectives in a world driven by development. It's allowed me to focus on building and maintaining strong cross-cultural relationships in personal and professional contexts.I’m keen to exchange ideas about community development and international development with other professionals and interested persons.My main interests include youth capacity building, including people with disabilities and financial literacy. More so, I aim to promote and support equitable inclusion of female leadership and participation in decision-making in all areas of life.
