-Achieve target by monthly basis -Recruit and maintain Financial Advisor -Educate and provide training for new hired Financial Advisor -Coaching and directing Financial Advisor to deliver good Performance every month -Conduct Weekly meeting with whole team to review performance-Monitor Activity and Daily Performance of Financial Advisor-Building Relationship with Bank Mandiri
