About Adi P.

ADI PERMADI, an Indonesian citizen who was born in Bandar Lampung, a province in the southern part of the island of Sumatra, has taken more than 30 years to do work in the Facilities Services Industry.ADI, studied at the National Hotel Institute, a National Tourism, Education, School in Bandung, majoring in Rooms Management (bachelor's degree). After spending 8 years in various five-star hotels in Bali and Jakarta with his last position as Senior Supervisor of Housekeeping, ADI took the opportunity to join ISS Indonesia in 2000 with his initial position as Field Manager in the Hospital segment where ADI currently has a very difficult task that is changing the image of ISS so that it can become a major player in hospital services The presence of ADI who has technical capability, and good Leadership has succeeded in improving the quality of ISS services wherein the end ISS really has gained the largest portion of hospital services in Indonesia. In the course of ADI's career at ISS, ADI has received various awards and promotions. At the end of his tenure at ISS, ADI has succeeded in bringing ISS Indonesia to become the world champion and making ISS Indonesia the largest operating company in 2000.ADI decided to quit ISS Indonesia on his last position as Chief Operation Officer — Facilities Services and accepted an offer to join PT. Sinar Jernih Sarana (SJS) in 2011 as Operation Director. At that time, SJS was a very small company with very poor financial quality. With his great effort, and a high dedication, ADI has succeeded in increasing the company's revenue and brand which initially only had small of revenue with poor cash flow to become one of IFS major player in Indonesia with solid profitability and cash flow. In December 2018, the Japanese IFM Global company, namely AEON delight Japan finally bought SJS with the value of multiples of times EBITDA in his 8,9 years of his tenure as CEO of the company.ADI decided to quit SJS in March 2020 and the submission was approved by the Shareholders in May 2020. In the course of his career, ADI began to create its own Facilities Services business where with a very wide network ADI strongly believes that the business formed can get a pretty good market in Jakarta and even in Indonesia in the future. At present, with its experience, ADI is developing its superior products in the Facilities Services field by prioritizing the IT PlatformADI's leadership strength is also considered capable of making its company the most respected Facilities Services company and one of the largest in Indonesia.
