I had oversight and responsibility for ANSTO’s multi-faceted portfolio of activities and drove a program of positive change and growth. I am a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (elected in 2009), and a Honorary Fellow of Engineers Australia - Professional Engineer of the Year for the Sydney Division in 2012. I am a Fellow of the Academy of Science of South Africa and the South African Academy of Engineering.My career focus: creating teams and contexts to do great science, create value and amplify it through partnerships, programs, precincts and empowered institutions.
