Hello, I’m Adi – a Leader in the not-for-profit sector with 6 years’ experience in campaign and relationship management in community-focused organisations. As a Social Activist and Animal-Assisted Therapist, I have dedicated much of my career to contributing to social change and have a deep passion for human and animal rights. Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, volunteers, local authority staff and councillors, civil society groups, researchers and journalists – I lead high impact programmes to drive citizen, corporate and government engagement. An experienced member of Executive teams, I am skilled at designing and implementing strategy and leveraging data to inform decision making. Connecting with existing networks, building and sharing knowledge, my strength lies in working cross-functionally to build an internal and external bridge with all parts of an organisation, partners, donors, and customers.
