Co-founded and manage with my partner, Vered Stati Bosmi, a "boutique clinic" of 8 psychologists. We operate with three primary missions: • To provide state-of-the-art psychological services, including child, adolescent, adult and family therapy as well as psychological evaluation of children.• To enable our team's professional evolution by cooperating in our clinical work and theoretical knowledge.• To train other professional psychologists and mental health therapists, by mentoring and supervision and by conducting seminars on different topics.

Child Development Institute - south district.Building team of 12 developmental psychologists in 4 different centers. Responsibility for ministry of health psychology council accreditation of the institute for residency, as well as supervising and teaching the team.

Teaching 6 years in Clinical- Developmental Psychology MA program and 1 year in Developmental Psychology MA program. Being part of the founding team of the developmental psychology program.Initiated, coordinated and taught a program for psychologist commencing a specializing inDevelopmental Psychology.

Therapy for children, adults and families.Teaching & supervising in different child development and educational units. Working with developmental, educational and clinical psychologists, and mental health professionals.

Active member of the developmental psychology unit, in the psychological council of the ministry of health. The committee's responsibilities include regulation and inspection of developmental psychologists training and accreditation.

Head of the infant and toddler unit. Coordinating and supervising the psychologists and mental health therapists' team, initiating study groups, as well as being an active therapist.

Was the first staff member that joined the head psychiatrist, who founded of the Infant Mental Health Clinic. Took part in the growth and development of the IMH unit and the developmental psychology internship in Geha. Started as a developmental psychologist intern and over the years, treated families of infants, supervised psychologists and became the head psychologist in the unit.Participated in professional conventions in Israel and abroad.
