My name is Adi Rozenberg, I am an innovator, visionary and leader with over than 27 years experience in various technological industries. ( Broadcast Video, Networking, mobile, Video walls and many more ).I just started an new company: AlvaLinks in the field of sophisticated Video transport to the cloud using A.I to achieve best performance and stability. In 2010 I Co-founded Video-Flow and wrote the company Patents in the field of delivering Live video over public internet. My roll in the company was to be the CTO, leading the RnD team and support teams. I took the lead in technology development and patents and its adaptation into a new transport technology. I took active part in the writing of the TR-06 ( Reliable Internet Stream Transport ) open specification and served as a director in the RIST forum. I participated in international trade shows ( IBC, NAB , SMPTE, VSF and more ) and working with Video-Flow Customers, Partners and distributors world wide.My expertise in Broadcast video and Networking position gave me the option to form a unique RnD team that tie both video and networking experts into a united team.I hold a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion.I feel comfortable handling both RnD issue and facing personnel/human problem as well. I also enjoy positions that include multi-tasking under tight time-schedules and budgets.Specialties: Management of RnD projects, leading mixed HW, SW, Mechanical and QA teams, focusing on Video compression, Communication and networking. Good understanding of customer needs. I also have much experience working with strategic partners/customers worldwide.
