1. Check and control all SAP documentation (Stock Material, Inventory Transfer, Good Receipt etc)2. Control all material movement such as Raw Material, Packaging Material, and sparepart/project material from warehouse handover to end user3. Supervise and control all inbound activity from local and import and check all documents (GRN, packing list, delivery note, intimation slip)4. Coordinate with customs officer for checking material related with BC Documents ( BC 2.3 , BC 4.0 & B 2.7)5. Coordinate with QC department for incoming raw and packaging material till QC Pass release and material ready to use6. Manage monthly stock count for all Raw Material and Packaging7. Make work schedule and work priority for warehouse officer, helper and forklift operator

1. Achieve production target = 205MT/month of Polyurethane Chemical2. Maximize production performance such as cycle time production, machine utilization and production cost3. Check and ensure the production process of Polyurethane Chemical has good quality based on SOP4. Check and ensure all finish good send to customer with good condition5. Check loading-unloading process all Raw Material and Finish Good6. Keep and maintain all raw materials and finish goods in systematically layout based on FIFO/FEFO system7. Ensure all production equipment (small tank mixer, big tank, premix machine, adhesive machine, Chiller Room) are properly maintained based on daily checklist Maintenance8. Train, guide and evaluate new workers for production and warehouse department9. Make dashboard & monthly report for company monthly meeting10. Make budgeting for production department

1. Do internal audit process to other departments based on ISO 9001:20152. Prepare audit findings report and give Corrective and Preventive Actions for improvement3. Set and review department objectives or KPI's for Monthly Dashboard4. Review new systems and procedures then socialize to related departments5. Maintain all documents like SOP, Company Objective, Dashboard KPI
