Hi! I’m Adi, a Peak Mental Performance Coach. I give athletes the insight, tools, and knowledge they need to manage the mental challenges that come with extreme sports. Work with me to regain focus and control, manage performance anxiety, and build resilience.I began by studying Psychology in undergrad school. While attending school, I worked as a snowboard instructor. After earning my credentials and certifications, I moved on to coaching developing and competitive athletes, developing and fine tuning skills, traveling to competitions, and guiding in competition tactics. I began studying sport psychology after realizing my love for both coaching and psychology, combining the two into the ideal career. I continue to work with athletes physically and have began my work with them mentally.
