After two years of working with the Our Shared Spaces workshop program as a facilitator, I was promoted to manage its student-facing equity-related content. In my role, I coordinate the scheduling, administrative back-end (ex: Zoom links), content-creation, and facilitation training for a team of 25 Student Skills Assistants. I perform equity audits of content for McGill groups, provide EDI-related trainings to my team, and create custom content for university stakeholders.

As an SSA, I provided remote workshops on an array of topics, including: “Introduction to Anti-Oppression”, “Introduction to Anti-Racism”, and “Fostering Inclusive Communities." Furthermore, I worked with a partner to construct the "Gender 101" workshop now being offered via TLS. As the Conference Coordinator for the Climate Change Speaker series, my central role was liaising with speakers and administrative bodies on payment processes, travel preferences, and accessibility needs. This involved the inclusion of progressive Queer language and concepts, as well as current SSMU (Students' Service of McGill University) procedures. Further, as a senior member of the Collective, I often acted as an institutional memory holder, which aided in navigating SSMU channels.

Under the supervision of Dr. Alex Ketchum, I worked on collating feminist and Queer archival databases in the United States and Canada in order to research applicable finding aids. My work also involved copy-editing articles and manuscripts, as well as the coordinating of recording for the "Feminist and Accessible Publishing/Communications Technologies Series".

This role required me to develop the accessibility strategy of an event bringing a speaker, Dr. Sara Ahmed, to McGill. This included hiring Queer English-ASL translator and an inclusive social media presence. This position involved creating health promotion content on social media as well as through live events. This includes weekly mental health tabling campaigns, weekly mental health communications content, collaborating with a partner along with a larger team, and organizing panels and events related to mental health at the university level.

This position called for both the producing and editing of online social media content; this includes blog posts, Facebook posts, newsletters, and text on promotional items. This position required effective and self-motivated time management skills under tight deadlines.
