I'm multidisciplinary and a and dedicated Organizational Consultant with experience in providing consultancy services, facilitating workshops & establishing partnerships with organizations across different sectors, including public, nonprofit and private. Throughout the past decade , I’ve assisted organizations and individuals in bringing about positive transformations by implementing values and vision, offering one-on-one consulting for managers, conducting management and leadership training programs, and delivering workshops focused on enhancing soft skills and utilizing the Design Thinking methodology. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Over the years, I have also completed a range of organizational development courses, such as group facilitation, organizational consulting, Design Thinking , Participatory Leadership etc’. My passion lies in translating ideas into action, building processes from the ground up, and working with people.
