1. Direct and manage Finance Department, incorporating the functions of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Reporting, Planning & Analysis;2. To manage all operational accounting activities, financial transactions, cashflow and tax submission;3. Lead and manage closing activities, drive the finance team to analyze and achieve superior performance;4. Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly management reports;5. Provide accurate, timely, and insightful reporting of business performance;6. Strengthen financial & operations controls, process improvement and financial system implementation;7. Manage all stakeholders including internal, external auditor and bankers;8. Involve in financial modelling including new stores investment and business expansion strategy;9. Develop and implement plans and programs to support business growth, and maintain an efficient operational and financial control environment:10. Formulate strategic initiatives with the business unit head and other functional heads, substantiated by industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, financial modelling and to drive and oversee the subsequent project execution and benefit realization;11. Establish and lead sophisticated yet efficient mechanism for key investment evaluation, performance review & KPIs tracking platform; and12. Optimize working capital to maximize return on investment.
