- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures according to applicable internal and external requirements, including the applicable regulations in Indonesia,- Coordinate with compliance to ensure that every initiative, development, and collaboration is complying with standards (internal and external),Conduct a routine evaluation of policies and procedures implementation and ensure best practice risk mitigation and assessment functions are maintained to comply with the company's strategy,- Act as a liaison officer between IT user and external / internal auditor to meet the requirement and supply any advisory and sufficient data,- Act as Problem management officer to identify and managing problems using preventative methods, diagnosing root causes and fixing problems to prevent future issues, eliminating recurring incidents and minimizing the impact of unexpected disruptions,- Implement a good governance organization using the ISO27001 framework or othersMaintain key risk indicator (KRI) and risk control assessment (RCSA) related IT with the relevant department in order to assess the effectiveness of any control and identify new risks.

Job Role:- Manage IT Infrastructure team, on daily activity to ensure the critical systems, services, and infrastructure are working properly, reliably, and safely- Implement policies and procedures, security, and strong risk management capabilities in leading the team- Capacity planning of DC & DRC Infrastructure.- Lead IT vendors in design, build and implement infrastructure for systems or applications as needed.

Job Role:- Managing strategic plan of Data Center Infrastructure & Operations- Supports Project Implementation, Compliance and Disaster Recovery Requirement- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) is executed properly & Improve Customer satisfaction- Maintain healthy system performance and capacity- Manage Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP IT) & readiness of Business Recovery Plan (BCP)- Organize and motivate Data Center Operation team and Infrastructure team & Evaluation performance team- Control actual expenditure against annual budget- Supports Integration project of Data Center

Job Role:- Manage, review, and prioritize the project work plans with objective to deliver on-time and within approved budget.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects- Manage changes in Project Scope, Schedule and Costs documented properly- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility- Manage the relationship with all related Business Users and stakeholders- Analyze to solve problems that may come up during the planning, execution, and post project- Monitoring over fixed assets post integration to satisfy the Business purposes and ensure to comply with the Bank as required by Management- Manage the relationship with the user and all stakeholders- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors- Motivate those resources who involved in the project- Minimize the conflict and find win-win solution to satisfy all related parties.
