Interned at the Sewri-Worli Elevated Connector (SWEC), an extension of the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link (MTHL), as a Construction Engineering, Planning and Management Intern.Conducted around 55 site visits, exploring and acquiring practical experience with diverse construction techniques, including piling, pile cap construction, and the erection of piers and pier caps, post tensioning and concreting. Additionally, observed advanced testing methods such as dynamic and static pile loading tests.Also worked with the Planning and Management Team on Project Scheduling and Reporting, while learning about concepts of Tendering and Contracts. Applied Construction Project Management principles with the help of Microsoft Projects.Also worked on a Construction Material and Billing MySQL database, and developed simple MySQL stored procedures for easier viewing and editing of data within it. Developed a Python script which stored Daily Project Report data-sheets and compiled them for easier use for further analysis and use in Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
