Together with school leaders, teachers, and parents we gain a better understanding of each child’s strengths and needs so they can flourish. I facilitate empowerment & support groups for parents of children with special needs. These groups are designed to build parental self awareness, encourage connection and understanding, and provide guidance for meeting children where they are.Services are also offered on an individualized consultation bases to meet the various needs of families and schools navigating special education. The goal is to always stay child centered and have productive, collaborative conversations.

I applied data-based decision-making skills to student assessment profiles to ensure appropriate recommendations for school-based specialized educational services.
