I am passionate about providing educators with tangible tools to strengthen teaching through self-awareness, conscious communication, and mental health habits. I’m privileged to have the opportunity to bring educational leaders together to create a supportive environment that allows them to feel heard, understood, and validated in the challenges that working in education brings.
