Joseph Adia is a B.COM(Accounting) graduate of Makerere University Kampala with a weath of experience in Credit Operations and Management, Risk Managment (Credit, Operetaional,Financial, Market Risks) as well as Compliance enforcement gained in over ten years of working in Commrcial Bank and as well as in the Microfinance Sector.Joseph was particularly a key member in the preparation of UGAFODE Microfinance Limited's transformation into a Microfinance Deposit taking institution.He has excellent analystical, supervision, team building, problem solving, communication and report writing skills.He is a reliable, resilient, hardworking and fast learner who easily adopts and gets around challanging situations to deliver desired results.As a Social Performance Management (SPM) Champion for UGAFODE, Joseph has driven the integration and implemention of SMART Campaign Client Protection Principles and the Universal Standards on Social Performance Management(USSPM) into UGAFODE's operations and strategies.He is also a great trainer in areas of Credit Operations, Risk Management as well as Social Performance Management.
