As the Head of eCommerce at Metro Motor, I lead the development and execution of our online sales strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for motorcycle enthusiasts across Israel. My role involves managing the end-to-end eCommerce operations, including the launch and optimization of our digital sales platform, product listings, and online marketing campaigns. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, IT, logistics, and customer support—to enhance online sales performance, streamline the customer journey, and ensure the efficient fulfillment of orders. I am responsible for driving growth through data-driven decision-making, implementing SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, and leveraging analytics to boost conversion rates.
